Shannon S. Fuhrman

Shannon S. Fuhrman is an attorney and counselor at law, and is Of Counsel with the Firm. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, majoring in Philosophy, from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Ms. Fuhrman then obtained her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Buffalo School of Law, and achieved the distinction of graduating in the Top 15% of her law school class. While in law school, Ms. Fuhrman was inducted into the Order of Barristers; was Editor-in-Chief of the Buffalo Public Interest Law Journal; was a Competitor, Board Member and Assistant to the President on the Charles S. Desmond Moot Court Board; was a Student Advisor for the Student-Wide Judiciary; was a Travel Competitor for the Appellate Advocacy Competition; was Class Director and Academic Committee Chairperson of the Student Bar Association; was a member of the Yearbook Committee; was a Member of the Commencement Committee; and was listed in Who’s Who of American Law Students, as well as Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.

With decades of legal experience, Ms. Fuhrman’s legal practice includes Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning and Probate. She has practiced in these areas of the law in both Florida and New York. Ms. Fuhrman is a member of The Florida Bar, the State Bar of New York, the United States District Court for the Western District of New York and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York.
